You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for your massage.

If you have insurance benefits, I can issue a Superbill you can submit directly to your insurance to be reimbursed for your massage. I do not bill or submit claims to insurance companies myself.

Cancellation Policy:

(No Exceptions)

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours of notification will be charged $65. Late arrivals will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time and full service charges still apply.
